Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We offer flexible cancellation options early in the program:

•  Within 72 hours of enrollment: Full refund if no services have been rendered
•  Before diagnostic assessment: Refund minus $150 administrative fee
•  After assessment through Session 2: 70% refund
•  After Session 2: No refunds available

Q: What if we need to miss a session?

A: You may reschedule up to two sessions during the program with at least 24-hour notice. Sessions missed without adequate notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Consistent attendance is important for your child's progress.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Please contact us to discuss payment options. We want to make this investment accessible to families who are committed to their child's literacy success.
